Biking through the Andes, the Amazon or the coast, while interacting with remote communities and traveling the old Inca trails. We will start the expedition at the headquarters, trying to avoid highways or main streets as much as possible. Most of the nights we will be camping right next to our vehicles. We will also spend nights and share experiences with local communities. Along the route we will learn about biking mechanics and map navigation, with a strong focus on Leave No Trace practices. Once back at our headquarters, we will clean all the gear and have a graduation ceremony with typical Ecuadorian “fritada” (deep fried pork treat), combined with quinoa soup, llapingachos (potato and cheese patties), andean corn, fava and hominy beans, salad and fresh fruit juice.
